Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, UK based Manufacturing organisation as they look to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their head office team in Skelmersdale.
This is a hybrid role offering 2 days per week from home.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join a highly successful manufacturer and play a key role in the business' continued growth.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities within the business, operating as a standalone function. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of independently developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Manage and optimise the company's use of HubSpot, including CRM, marketing automation,and reporting tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms, including website, blog, email newsletters, and social media.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the sales team with lead generation initiatives and marketing collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as required.
Ideal experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B or manufacturing
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing functions independently.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- trong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
