Project Manager | Change & Transformation

£50,000 - £60,000 | Wickford | On-site
This is a rare opportunity to become the first Project Manager within a newly created Change & Transformation function, giving you the chance to build project governance, methodology and delivery standards from the ground up.
You'll play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered across the business, leading a portfolio of business and technology change initiatives while helping to establish the frameworks, controls and reporting structures that will support future growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll drive transformation, improve business processes and deliver strategic projects that support the organisation's long-term objectives.

The Role

* Lead multiple business and technology change projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
* Establish and embed project management governance, methodologies and delivery best practice.
* Develop project reporting, planning, risk management and portfolio oversight processes.
* Partner with business leaders, stakeholders and third-party suppliers to drive successful outcomes.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering change and transformation projects within complex business environments.
You'll bring:
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
* Strong project governance, planning and delivery management skills.
* The ability to create structure, processes and frameworks within a developing function.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and build relationships at all levels.
