Junior Application Support Analyst - Office Based

Responsibilities

• 
  Provide first-line support across business applications and operational systems.

• 
  Investigate and resolve issues relating to orders, inventory, integrations and system workflows.

• 
  Support testing, configuration and delivery of ongoing technology projects.

• 
  Maintain documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• 
  1-2 years' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems Support.

• 
  Experience supporting business applications, ERP platforms or ecommerce systems.

• 
  Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical and logical approach to problem-solving.

• 
  Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
