Head of Account Management:
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Sector: Print / Manufacturing
Salary: £67,000, bonus and car allowance
Overview:
We are working in partnership with a well-established and growing organisation operating within the print and manufacturing sector. Renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and long-standing client relationships, the business is now seeking an experienced Head of Account Management to lead its client services function.
This is a senior leadership opportunity offering significant influence across the commercial strategy, with responsibility for driving client satisfaction, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Account Management team, setting clear objectives and driving high performance
- Develop and implement an account management strategy aligned with wider business growth plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients at a senior level
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including Sales, Operations, and Production to ensure seamless service delivery
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in service standards and client experience
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and progression
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrable experience in a senior account management leadership role within print, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence at a senior level
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style
